As a small, family-owned vacation rental management company, Pioneer Park Rentals specializes in providing our guests with a selection of unique and tastefully decorated condominium rentals to enjoy. Each fully equipped condo can comfortably accommodate two to four people, and with a variety of floor plans, views, and price points to choose from, guests have the flexibility to find what works best for their vacation. And of course, all of our condos are just a short, scenic walk from downtown Bend or the Deschutes River.

Bend’s trendy Westside is filled with boutiques, great dining, and entertainment, and is a favorite among vacationers who are here to ski, mountain bike, or experience Bend from a local’s perspective. These condos provide free on-site parking, outside racks for bike storage, and an onsite coin-operated laundry facility.

Talk about a beautiful place to vacation!! The rooms were more than we could have asked for! We stayed in 162 &163 Pine & Dandy and we're so impressed by the cozy, cute, well decorated space! The kitchen had everything we needed for great steak dinners. With a view of the Deschutes river & a walking path just across the grass, we spent lots of time soaking up the beautiful scenery! The people at the office there were so kind & helpful. We give it a 10/10!

This location can't be beat. I was in town for a conference. This place is right on the edge of downtown and I was able to walk to the Deschutes Brewery for dinner and a pint one night, and the Pine Tavern the next. It was also maybe two football fields away from the edge of the Deschutes River and the river trail. I was expecting something more akin to a hotel room but it was actually a full-sized condo and much more space than I needed (I was solo). The places here all have funny names. My condo was called 'Leaf Your Troubles Behind
