Brandi is our Director of Lodging and Housekeeping Manager, and the driving force behind the cleanliness and care of our property. She oversees daily housekeeping operations, manages schedules and inspections, and ensures every unit meets our high standards before each guest arrival. With a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on approach, Brandi keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting her team and maintaining the quality our guests expect.

Jimmy Johnson
Maintenance Supervisor

Jimmy is our Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for keeping our properties safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times. He handles repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across all units, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and correctly. With a practical, problem-solving mindset and a calm, reliable presence, Jimmy helps prevent small problems from becoming big ones and keeps everything running the way it should.

Owner

Troy isn’t just the founder of Pioneer Park Rentals. He’s a fellow unit owner, too. Troy understands firsthand what matters most to property owners. In addition to a 16-year career in vacation rental management, Troy has extensive HOA governing experience, serving on several different boards where he has filled roles including secretary, treasurer and chairman. His dual perspective—as both an owner and a manager—means he approaches every decision with long-term value in mind.
